专利说明:
[0001] The invention relates to a motor vehicle chassis comprising a reinforcing member for fixing the powertrain of a motor vehicle with electric or thermal traction, and a vehicle comprising such a chassis. [0002] A motor vehicle generally comprises a frame assembled to define the passenger compartment of the vehicle, and a separate engine compartment of the passenger compartment. The engine compartment can be located at the front or rear of the vehicle and is intended to receive the powertrain of the motor vehicle. [0003] Whether electric or thermal, the powertrain is generally suspended between two longitudinal members of the chassis of the motor vehicle via powertrain supports. In addition to their function of maintaining fixed position of the powertrain, the powertrain supports must be made so as to allow vibration damping of this powertrain so that they do not propagate through the chassis. The battery of a motor vehicle with electric traction is generally mounted under a front part of the floor of the motor vehicle. It is therefore not positioned between the same cross members as the fuel tank of the corresponding thermal traction vehicle, the fuel tank being generally under a rear part of the floor of the motor vehicle. Therefore, in the electric version of the motor vehicle, a vacant space is left by the absence of tank. Despite this space, the absorption of the energy transmitted during different shocks must be done without causing deformation to meet the integrity criteria of the structure of the passenger compartment, the fuel tank, while retaining the features of fixing the rear axle of the vehicle as well as the possibility of opening the rear doors. Generally, the powertrain supports, also called engine interfaces, are made by the arrangement of a riser between the side members and the engine. This extension is made from a multi-piece assembly cantilever above the spar. This cantilever assembly has the effect of degrading the docking stiffness at the interface. The enhancement is therefore enhanced accordingly. [0004] Given the configuration necessary to receive the power unit on a riser, each riser must be shaped differently depending on whether it is intended to be fixed on the left spar or on the right spar of the frame. Each support then receives the powertrain to be fixed via a support piece which also includes geometrical specificities depending on the type of powertrain and the side of the chassis on which it is installed. The aim of the invention is to overcome the drawbacks mentioned above by providing a chassis comprising two common supports, that is to say that can be used irrespective of the powertrain, and which are identical, that is to say each can be used on both the right spar and the left spar. According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a motor vehicle frame comprising two longitudinal members at least partially hollow and of approximately rectangular section, and two identical reinforcing pieces able each to cooperate with a spar to support a power unit in a compartment. engine of the motor vehicle, each reinforcing piece comprising a stamped sheet of substantially parallelepipedal shape open on one side and being disposed entirely inside one of the longitudinal members. The integration of the reinforcement piece inside the spar reinforces the inside of the spar itself to take into account the efforts of the powertrain to the underbody of the vehicle chassis. The reinforcing piece and the hollow interior of the spar in which the reinforcing piece is housed allow to participate under effort the entire body of the spar. The integration also makes it possible to provide a reinforcement piece that can be used on each of the two longitudinal members without adaptation. It also makes it possible to use the reinforcement part irrespective of the type of power train, electrical or thermal, used by the motor vehicle equipped with this chassis. Advantageously, each reinforcement piece is made in one piece so as to reduce the assembly steps and thus increase the strength of the part. Reducing the number of parts to make a reinforcement part also reduces the number of references in the technical documentation and the number of parts to handle, resulting in a simplification of realization of the frame. Preferably, the stamped sheet of each reinforcing piece comprises tabs folded on themselves and welded by spot welds. Advantageously, each reinforcement piece may comprise two orifices in a first face and two orifices in a second face that is distinct and orthogonal to the first face, the four orifices being tapped so as to define four identical nuts. The realization of four identical nuts in the reinforcing piece for fixing the support piece for receiving the powertrain makes it possible to standardize the screwing operations when mounting the powertrain. Each reinforcement piece advantageously comprises grooves arranged on at least one of its external faces and able to define ribs on the corresponding inner faces to stiffen the part and facilitate the anticorrosion treatment. The ribs made in the reinforcement piece can be made during the stamping of the sheet from which the reinforcement piece is made. The ribs are arranged both to stiffen the reinforcing piece and to facilitate the anticorrosion treatment of the reinforcing piece. Each reinforcement piece is fixed by welding spots inside the spar to secure the reinforcing piece with the spar. The frame comprises two powertrain support pieces adapted to fix the powertrain to each of the longitudinal members using the reinforcing pieces. The support pieces are specific to the type of powertrain used, so as to perfectly adjust the receiving seat of the powertrain on the spar. According to another aspect of the invention, there is provided a motor vehicle comprising a powertrain and a chassis as defined above. [0005] Other advantages and characteristics of the invention will appear on examining the detailed description of an embodiment of the invention, in no way limiting, and the attached drawings, in which: FIG. 1 represents, schematically, a spar reinforcement member of a frame according to one embodiment; Figure 2 illustrates a broken view of a frame spar with the reinforcing member of Figure 1; Figure 3 illustrates a broken view of a frame spar with the reinforcing member of Figure 1 and a powertrain support member. In Figure 1, is shown schematically, a reinforcing member 1 of spar 2 of a chassis of a motor vehicle according to one embodiment. [0006] The reinforcement piece 1 forms a rectangular parallelepipedal box open on a face 3. The reinforcing piece 1 is made from a sheet metal plate. The sheet metal plate is stamped to form a box open on the face 3. Once stamped, the reinforcing piece 1 has a main face 4 facing the open face 3. The reinforcing piece 1 also has an upper face 5 facing a lower face 6 formed of two portions 61 and 62 spaced from each other, the upper face 5 and the lower face 6 extending between the main face 4 and the open face 3. The piece of reinforcement 1 also comprises two lateral faces 7 extending, on the one hand, between the main face 4 and the open face 3, and, on the other hand, between the upper face 5 and the lower face 6. Each lateral face 7 comprises two lateral face portions 71 and 72 folded over one another to form a continuous side face 7. The first portion 71 of each lateral face 7 is integral with the upper face 5 of the reinforcement piece 1. The second portion 72 of each lateral face 7 is integral with the lower face 6 of the reinforcement piece 1. The second portion 72 one side face 7 is integral with a portion 61 of the lower face 6 and the second portion 72 of the other side face 7 is integral with the other portion 62 of the lower face 6. The realization of the underside 6 in two parts 61 and 62 distant limits the surfaces in contact with the spar. Each of the two portions 71 and 72 of the lateral faces 7 is stamped so as to allow folding of the plate between the upper face 5 and the first portion 71 of each lateral face 7 on the one hand, and a folding of the plate between the second portion 72 of each side face 7, the main face 4 and the lower face 6 of the other part. The first portion 71 of each side face 7 is folded so as to fall back on the second portion 72 of the corresponding side face 7. The two portions 71 and 72 of each side face 7 are secured using, for example, a weld spot. The main face 4 comprises grooves made on its outer part so as to form on the inner part of the main face 4, that is to say on the part facing the open face 3, ribs 8. The ribs 8 allow, on the one hand, to reinforce the structure of the reinforcement piece 1, and, on the other hand, to facilitate the passage of cataphoresis during the anticorrosion treatment of the reinforcement piece 1. [0007] The ribs 8 arranged in the reinforcement piece 1 are made during stamping of the sheet from which the reinforcing piece 1 is made. The ribs 8 arranged vertically, that is to say extending between the upper face 5 and the lower face 6, all open on the gap between the two lower face portions 61 and 62. These ribs contribute to the stiffness of the reinforcement piece 1 and further reduce the contact area with the spar. The upper face 5 also comprises on its inner part a rib 8 arranged to communicate with a rib of the main face 4. Two ribs 8 are also made to extend respectively between the upper face 5 and the first portion 71 of each of the two lateral faces 7. [0008] Each side face 7 comprises an orifice 9 allowing an air flow in the spar 2. The main face 4 further comprises two identical threaded orifices 10. The two orifices are made on either side of the set of vertical ribs 8 of the main face 4. The orifices 10 are made to form two identical nuts. The upper face 5 also comprises two identical threaded holes 10. The two orifices 10 are identical to the orifices 10 of the main face 4 so as to form two nuts identical to each other and identical to the two nuts of the main face 4. [0009] FIG. 2 illustrates an exploded view of a longitudinal member 2 of the frame provided with the reinforcement piece 1 of FIG. 1. The reinforcement piece 1 is inserted in a hollow part of the spar 2. The spar 2 has a rectangular parallelepipedal general shape . The spar 2 comprises four orifices adapted to receive screws 15. Two orifices 11 are formed in a first face 12 of the spar 2 so as to face the orifices 10 of the main face 4 of the reinforcing member 1. Two other orifices 13 are made in a second face 14 of the spar 2 so as to be opposite the orifices 10 of the upper face 5 of the reinforcing piece 1 when the reinforcing piece 1 is housed in the spar 2. As shown in FIG. 3 which shows an exploded view of a spar 2 of the chassis of a motor vehicle with the reinforcing part 1 of Figure 1, the screws 15 are fixed on the spar 2 a support part 16 of the powertrain. The conformation of the support piece 16 is specific according to the type of powertrain, that is to say according to whether the motor vehicle is propelled or towed from a heat engine or an electric motor. The support piece 16 keeps the powertrain in suspension between two longitudinal members arranged on each side of the chassis of the motor vehicle and defining, at the powertrain, a motor compartment. [0010] The reinforcement piece 1 thus reinforces the spar where the support piece 16 is fixed. In addition, the realization of the reinforcing piece 1 gives it a use regardless of the type of powertrain used. In addition, the reinforcement part used in the left spar and that used in the right spar are the same, which makes it possible to have to modify only the support part 16 according to the type of powertrain and the side of the frame on which the support piece is fixed. The invention thus provides a chassis comprising two common supports, that is to say that can be used regardless of the powertrain, and identical, that is to say each of which can be used both on the right spar that on the left spar.
